My
Story
With a background in managing some of DFW's premiere & most sought after venues, I have managed over 600 events since I started my career in 2016. Realizing that I couldn't settle for less than a "quality over quantity approach" gave me the confidence to start my own company. Now I get to live out the dream of bringing that curated approach to couples that are boldly and unapologetically themselves.
Now with an amazing assistant planner by my side, whom I've trained in the ways of "approachable luxury", we're taking the wedding market by storm and creating unbelievable experiences for couples and their closest friends.

Story
Salma’s path into the wedding world began unexpectedly — starting in social media before quickly discovering a passion for events and the impact they can have. Since joining Rachel Willis Events in 2023, she has grown into a key part of the team and a trusted partner in bringing each celebration to life.
With a calm, grounded presence, Salma leads her clients through the planning process and wedding day with ease. She approaches each event with care, intention, and a deep respect for the experience as a whole.
Her work reflects the heart of RWE: thoughtful design, seamless execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Blending operations and creativity, I start by diving deep into my couples' preferences, personalities, and vision, working closely with them to understand their story. From there, I craft a roadmap covering every detail— crafting designs is my super power, but marrying with logistics is my art. Planning is thorough and organized, but I keep the process fun and light.
I don’t just check boxes; we bring imagination to the table, ensuring each event has its own distinct flair. Collaboration is key, and we’re not afraid to push creative boundaries while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
