Our Style
We design weddings with a point of view. That means color, texture, and ideas pulled from architecture, travel, art, fashion, and most importantly, your own story, not the same Pinterest boards everyone else is scrolling.
We call it tasteful maximalism: bold and layered, but edited with real discipline. We're big believers in reference over theme. If you love Western style, that doesn't mean cowboy boots on every table. It means borrowing the craftsmanship, the materials, the landscape, and the attitude, then reinterpreting them into something that feels entirely yours. Personal details should feel discovered, not stamped on every surface.
We work with an open-door, all-couples-welcome mindset and a team of creative partners we trust completely, because the best weddings happen when everyone in the room is great at what they do.

Rachel's
Story
I've been planning weddings in Dallas since 2016, somewhere north of 600 events at this point. I started at the Dallas Arboretum, and in 2019 I went out on my own because I wanted to take on fewer weddings and really get to know every couple I work with.
My style usually involves a lot of color, a lot of texture, and at least one thing you didn't see coming. I pull inspiration from everywhere, especially the couple sitting across from me. I love a big idea. I also love a timeline that actually works. Most of my job is getting those two to play nicely together.
You'll always get my honest take, and then we'll figure out the best version together. I genuinely love the people part of this job: the couples, the families, and the vendors I've worked alongside for years. The compliment I hear most is that I make it all look effortless. That's the one I'm proudest of.
Outside of work, I'm married to a Top Tier PGOM with a little boy, two cats, and a dog.

Story
Salma’s path into the wedding world began unexpectedly — starting in social media before quickly discovering a passion for events and the impact they can have. Since joining Rachel Willis Events in 2023, she has grown into a key part of the team and a trusted partner in bringing each celebration to life.
With a calm, grounded presence, Salma leads her clients through the planning process and wedding day with ease. She approaches each event with care, intention, and a deep respect for the experience as a whole.
Her work reflects the heart of RWE: thoughtful design, seamless execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Blending operations and creativity, we start by diving deep into our couples' preferences, personalities, and vision, working closely with them to understand their story. From there, we craft a roadmap covering every detail— crafting designs is our super power, but marrying with logistics is art. Planning is thorough and organized, but I keep the process fun and light.
We don’t just check boxes; we bring imagination to the table, ensuring each event has its own distinct flair. Collaboration is key, and we’re not afraid to push creative boundaries while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
