For couples who love being hands-on but want a strategic partner in their corner. You hold the reins on the early planning, with our guidance and recommendations along the way, and then we step in fully for design refinement and management as the date gets close.

Weddings are rarely just one day. We're happy to take on the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch, or the whole weekend, and we plan destination weddings, too. What to Expect TO SPEND

Transparency is part of the experience. Most of our couples invest between $850 and $2,500 per guest, depending on style, guest count, and priorities, and we'll guide you toward the choices that make the biggest impression.

APPROACH

You get ready, you see your people, you marry your person. We're there before the first vendor arrives and after the last one leaves, running the show so you can actually be in it.

The Big Day

The last few months are when everything comes into focus. Walkthroughs, vendor confirmations, the final timeline, the seating chart. We orchestrate every detail and keep you in the loop, so all that's left for you is the anticipation.

THE FINAL STRETCH

This is where the design gets its details and the plan gets its backbone. Stationery, florals, layouts, timeline: we refine it all with you, piece by piece, until every element feels exactly right.

Refine

Next, we turn all of that into a preliminary design direction: the palette, the mood, the big ideas, enough for you to see where we're headed. It's a starting point, not a final answer, and it'll keep evolving as we go. At the same time, we map out your budget and start building your vendor team with creative partners we trust and think you'll genuinely love working with.

Build The Vision

It starts with a conversation, then our questionnaire, and it's not the boring kind. It's thorough and thoughtful on purpose, giving the two of you space to talk honestly, on your own time, about what you want this day to feel like. Then we dig into it together: how you met, the trips you still talk about, what makes your families tick, and what you absolutely do not want. Everything we design later traces back to this.

Not at all! Salma, our Associate Wedding Planner, leads many of our weddings, and we back each other up on every single one. You'll have one main point of contact, but there's always someone who knows your day inside and out.

On the wedding day, you'll have a team of at least four, including an attendant dedicated to you and your wedding party (steaming, wrangling, handing you a straw so you don't ruin your lipstick).

We keep our calendar small on purpose, about one wedding every three weeks per lead planner, so you get the attention you deserve.

Is It Just YOU? How many weddings do you takE?

Formally, no. We are willing to work with a wide range of industry creatives & partners. However, we do have experience curating & matchmaking the perfect vendor team to each client. Booking us means trusting the process & knowing that we're sending you the right people.

Do You Have a Vendor List?

We are proud to be well-rounded in both logistical planning and curated, stunning designs. A wedding with us will be balanced, refined, and seamless on all fronts

We do, and beyond if you like! From bridal showers to rehearsal dinners, you are welcome to add additional events with us

Do you offer FULL-weekend Planning?

We have our typical hotspot meetings at our major milestones, but we have no limitation on how often we chat or what method. We just ask that you respect our time outside of work, knowing we may save actionable items for business hours.

How Do We communicate and how often?

We have planned fabulous weddings in as short as two months & as long as 15 months. As long as you're willing to give me the information I need to create your big day, we can work with just about any window!

My superpower is people. Yes, I'll plan you a wedding that's beautiful and runs seamlessly. Yes, I'm hyper-organized. But what really sets us apart is how I connect with you, your family, and every vendor working your day.

I believe in meeting people where they are so everyone can do their best work. Our creative partners love working with us because we make their jobs easier (isn't that the point?), and that same ease carries over to you. It's why couples feel comfortable handing me the reins.
