If there’s one thing to remember as you explore this page, it’s that a planner’s work is front-loaded. While many vendors are just beginning on the wedding day, our job is nearing its completion. The value of a good planner is hard to quantify, so trust your instincts to find the perfect fit that makes you feel comfortable!

We’re all about creating celebrations that are as stylish as they are memorable. These figures are just to give you a rough idea of what to expect as you set your budget, especially if you’re drawn to the kind of work we create. They're not set in stone, but offer a good starting point!
Prices per person
When it comes to overall budgets, we have found that thinking in terms of cost "per person" offers clients a clearer perspective on what’s showcased in my portfolio and Instagram. This also aligns with what we typically see couples spending on planning services with us when all is said and done!

I can’t promise I will only make the cheapest recommendation, because it may not be the best fit for you, your family, or your wedding experience as a whole.
I can promise you I will make the BEST recommendations and provide the best options possible while being respectful of your financial goals as they pertain to your wedding.

For me to deliver the exceptional planning experience you’ve heard about & create something truly beyond your expectations, I recommend re-framing the budget perspective through the lens of “cost per-person”. These are broad estimates, & we'll dive into the specifics if you choose to move forward with RWE. Transparency is key for us, and we want to assure you that your investment is in capable hands- starting now!
Tier 01
“This Is Where It Starts To Get Good”
Realistically, we find that most weddings in Dallas start around $500 per person, but to start doing some of those fun things you see on ‘The Gram’, we usually see $750 as a good base!
TIER 02
“Darling, We’re About To Take It To The Next Level”
The guac is extra, but so are we! At $1,200 per person, we’re starting to get into the fun upgrades both aesthetically and experientially. Upgraded booze? Sure! Luxurious Letterpressed Details? Yes, please!
TIER 03

The sky is the limit & we’re not afraid to find it! Think caviar and creative installations. Starting around $2,500+ per person is going to offer you the most flexibility for you and your guests.

The million-dollar question! My answer? It depends.
The cost of your wedding hinges on your priorities. Hosting 200 people? It depends on what you’re flexible about. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer until we chat and I get to know your vision. My job? Show you what’s possible and guide you through the options so you can make informed choices.
What do you mean "starting at"?
Think of it like a job interview: you start with a base salary, but if the role evolves, wouldn’t you adjust your ask? Same here, love!
Wedding planning has layers—scope, scale, details—and my “starting at” price reflects the true minimum. We’ll dig into specifics during your call so everything makes sense for your big day and my limited, intentional schedule.
